Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMW-PE)refers to the molecular weight of more than 1.5 million linear structure polyethylene,with incomparable wear resistance(than nylon,ptfe 4 times higher,Is carbon steel,stainless steel 7~8 times),impact resistance(ABS 4~5 times),corrosion resistance,low temperature resistance(up to-70℃),self-lubrication,anti-adhesion,non-water absorption and other comprehensive properties,known as&LDquo;Amazing Plastic&RDquo;.
But because of melting viscosity,almost no fluidity,forming processing is very difficult,for a long time,the main use of intermittent pressing sintering method to produce plate and simple shape parts,production efficiency is low.

This project adopts specially designed injection molding machine,specific formula technology and reasonable mold structure design,and successfully realizes UHMW-PE injection molding.Sucker rod centralizer can molding all kinds of satisfied wear resistance,impact resistance,corrosion resistance,cold resistant,self-lubricating performance requirements of parts and components,such as oil sucker rod centralizer(according to the spacing is installed on the sucker rod,make reciprocating motion between sucker rod and tubing not touch each other,and centering guide effect,prevent the rod/tube eccentric wear,in order to protect the expensive sucker rod,pipe),To replace the original nylon centralizer,its wear resistance,corrosion resistance,low temperature resistance,self-lubrication performance are much better than the traditional nylon centralizer,overcome the nylon easy water absorption swelling,hydrolysis,low temperature brittle,fragile,friction resistance shortcomings,the actual use of underground shows that it has excellent anti-wear effect.
