The function of centralizer in drilling construction

Collapse buried drilling of inclined borehole is always a technical problem in geological drilling process.In order to prevent collapse,many technicians use mud wall protection measures,but little effect,hole wall collapse,block falling,hole slant stuck drilling and even hole holes become unavoidable accidents.In order to solve this problem,a set of drilling centralizer was developed to avoid the phenomenon of drilling stuck when the hole wall fell off,and played an effective role in correcting deviation,ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
Drilling centralizer is used to control the drilling direction in the drilling process,to ensure the integrity of the drilling device,after the use of centralizer,to avoid the stuck drill,so that the lifting and releasing of drilling tools can be normal.After the use of sucker rod centralizer,the dip angles of holes 4 and 5 were 56°,and the formation conditions and drilling structure were the same as that of hole 2.The hard sandstone with pyrite strip was encountered at 13.0m,26.0m and 33.0m,respectively,and the drilling was slow and there was the phenomenon of top drilling.However,due to the use of the centralizer,it passed smoothly.The final hole depth of 50.0m was successfully achieved according to the design requirements.In view of the situation that the borehole wall of the stratum with high Angle fractures is easy to collapse and bend,the centralizing anti-stuck device is developed,which can effectively prevent the bending and sticking accidents of the borehole,make the drilling go on smoothly,and also play a guarantee role for the future drilling engineering.The centralizer has been optimized to prevent drilling jam and minimize the resistance of the straight mouth centralizer against the lotion.
