How to install centralizer

1.Principle of small stroke loss

Depending on the rod configuration,the centralizer should minimize the load of the slender rod.It is recommended to install 4-10 pump hangers per 1000 m.

2,pay attention to avoid tubing collar as far as possible.

According to the quality of the oil,the centralizer adopts the automatic opening and closing structure of the slide valve,which is connected with the sucker rod and slides when the sucker rod is lowered.Valve goes up to open the oil passage on the centralizer,rod goes up and slide valve goes down to close the oil passage on the centralizer.Therefore,the load on the sucker rod and the pump can be reduced in sections and pump leakage can be reduced by segmentally lifting the liquid column.Thus,the effective stroke of oil pump can be improved,the filling amount of pump cylinder can be increased,and the pump efficiency can be improved.

3,according to the quality of oil

Centralizer adopts slide valve to open and close automatically,which can avoid scaling and wax formation,but wax formation should be avoided when installing the product.

4.According to the curvature of the well

In order to centralize the sucker rod better,the installation density of the centralizer should be increased appropriately in the place of serious eccentric wear.
