Petroleum Engineering Institute's scientific and technological research to solve the problem of cementing

The Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute has closely combined field tests with scientific and technological research to solve the problem of cementing technology for long-term troubled oil fields,and has overcome a series of technical problems,which has greatly improved the cementing quality and level of oil and gas fields such as Tarim Basin,Northeast Sichuan and Yuanba.Many research and development achievements have reached the international advanced level.
Cementing is an important part of underground engineering operations.In the past,in oilfield drilling construction operations,oil wells were scrapped or lifespan shortened due to cementing accidents or poor cementing quality,which seriously hindered the pace of oil and gas exploration and development.

Since 2004,according to the different characteristics of different regions,the Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute has successively carried out deep well ultra-deep well cementing,high-pressure gas-proof tamping and cementing under high-temperature and high-pressure acid gas corrosion environment under complex geological conditions,high density and high density.Research on technology such as density cement slurry cementing.The self-developed anti-high temperature agent DZ100,the new salt-resistant high-temperature agent DZJ-Y and the high-temperature fluid loss-reducing agent DZ200 have a high temperature resistance of 240 degrees Celsius.The R&D adapts to the deep well high-strength low-density cement slurry,which is the first in China to propose and apply the turbulent-plug flow composite displacement technology,which significantly improves the cementing quality.In the Tarim Basin,the key cementing problems such as the long-sealed long-hole sealing section,salt paste layer and small gap of deep wells were solved,and the difficult cementing including the first deep well in Asia,Tashenyi,was completed,and Kazakh was solved.Cementing technology problem of 4,488 meters of thick salt paste layer in the Stanley Caspian Basin.
