With the oilfield entering the period of ultra-high water cut and chemical oil recovery,the phenomenon of partial wear is more and more serious.Eccentric wear of sucker rod centralizer and tubing has always been a big problem affecting the normal operation of production.The analysis of eccentric wear of sucker rod is generally considered from the following aspects:combination of sucker rod,material of sucker rod,sucker rod centralizer,optimization of production parameters,downhole fluid characteristics and so on.

During power transfer,the load of the sucker rod centralizer varies with the position of the sucker rod centralizer column,with the upper sucker rod having a high load and the lower sucker rod centralizer having a low load.Sucker rod loads are usually the following:

(1)weight of sucker rod itself;

(2)the liquid column weight above the plunger in the tubing;

(3)pressure generated by wellhead back pressure;

(4)buoyancy of the liquid in the string to the sucker rod;

(5)the inertia force of sucker rod and liquid column;

(6)vibration force caused by elastic deformation of sucker rod;

(7)the impact load caused by inconsistent liquid and piston movement or pump is not full of factors;

(8)The friction between plunger and pump barrel,sucker rod and its collar and tubing,tubing and liquid column,sucker rod and liquid injection,and liquid internal viscous force.
