The failure of the centralizer comes from two aspects.One is wear.In the work engineering,the deviation of the well,the bending of the pumping tubing,the instability caused by the bending of the pumping rod under pressure and the change of the production process parameters will lead to different degrees of eccentric wear of the rod and tube.On the other hand is corrosion,with the increase of comprehensive moisture content.Coupled with the continuous influence of corrosive medium,the corrosion degree of oil well becomes more and more serious.
,of course,these two aspects is not alone,but influence each other,promote each other,will eccentric wear of tubing and sucker rod of the surface oxide film falls off,the eccentric wear of corroded first,then,due to corrosion,make the pipe rod eccentric wear more rough surface,the wear and tear,centralizer failure faster according to the above reasons according to actual situation to choose the appropriate sucker rod centralizer.
