Development and application of sucker rod centralizing and reducing wear device

In the middle and late stage of oilfield development,due to the increase of deviated Wells and directional Wells and the influence of high water cut and high salinity produced fluid,the eccentric wear problem of sucker rod generally exists and becomes more serious,which shorters the oil well repair free period and causes the increase of cost and production cost of oil well.According to the statistics of eccentric wear phenomenon,the lying Wells caused by the wear of sucker rod coupling and tubing coupling account for more than 70%of eccentric wear Wells.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the anti-corrosion and anti-wear connection technology for improving the eccentric wear of pipe and rod.
Aiming at the problem of corrosion and wear of tubing rod in eccentric wear well,the wear and corrosion of coupling and tubing wear can be reduced by innovative research of rod centralization and wear reduction device.
