Centralizer is a kind of cementing tool with simple manufacture,beautiful structure,strong and durable,and large centralizing force.It overcomes the shortcoming of easy diswelding of the original welding centralizer and is a kind of centralizer that can guarantee the quality of drilling and cementing.There are many kinds of centralizers,can be divided into roller type,slider type,automatic reversing type and so on.The centralizers produced by our company include tubing centralizers,sucker rod centralizers,casing centralizers,special tubing centralizers,all-metal sucker rod centralizers and nylon centralizers.Centralizers of different structures and materials are suitable for different types of eccentric wear Wells.The key technology to prevent eccentric wear by centralizer is the installation position,spacing and quantity of centralizer.
Due to the complexity of well conditions,the following problems often occur during pumping well production.
1.Eccentric wear of sucker rod:after eccentric wear of sucker rod,production time of pumping well is reduced and production cost is increased.
2,low pump efficiency:due to eccentric wear,the pumping unit load increases,energy consumption increases,stroke loss is large,pump efficiency is low;
3.With the increase of the water content of the outflow,the proportion of the outflow increases,which increases the load of the pump,increases the leakage and reduces the efficiency of the pump.
Three,the principle of righting
The centralizer is a production tool used in oil field pumping well,which is a new product to improve pump efficiency.It adopts slide valve automatic switch structure and is connected with the sucker rod.When the rod goes down,the slide valve rises to open the oil line on the centralizer,and when the rod goes up,the slide valve falls to close the oil line on the centralizer.Therefore,the load of sucker rod and pump can be reduced by sections,and the leakage of pump,elastic elongation deformation of sucker rod and stroke loss can be reduced by sections,so as to improve the effective stroke of oil pump,increase the filling amount of pump barrel and improve the efficiency of the pump.
