The application of casing centralizer is as follows:in the process of cementing in oil and gas Wells,the degree of casing pair has great influence on cementing quality.The role of the casing centralizer is to centralize the casing as much as possible during cementing,thus improving the cementing quality.Because directional and horizontal Wells are widely used in oil and gas reservoir development,there are many problems in the application of traditional rigid and elastic casing centralizer.
First,traditional rigid casing centralizers have large and constant outside diameters,which makes them difficult to run,especially in highly deviated and horizontal Wells.
Second,the traditional elastic centralizer is full of holes due to its initial state.When running in,the elastic parts friction with the shaft wall,elastic parts are easy to wear.
