In order to meet the requirements of positive and reverse pressure test of floating hoop and floating shoes of different sizes and overcome the problems of loose seal and large structural stress caused by pressure test under high pressure,the structure of pressure test device was designed and studied.The floating hoop floating shoe pressure testing device mainly includes mechanical body,hydraulic drive device,water pressure device,control device,and the mechanical body by the bearing frame,screw transmission,gear transmission,T-groove inclined clamping mechanism,radial encircle-type sealing mechanism,shear fork lifting and inclined conveying transmission mechanism,etc.In order to meet the pressure test workflow,all parts of the pressure test device coordinate the work and automatically complete the pressure test task of floating hoop and floating shoes.The overall layout of the pressure test equipment adopts the frame belly suspended structure,and the symmetrical closed frame type self-bearing structure is designed,which improves the reliability of the pressure test equipment.
