With the increase of water content,the lubricity of crude oil to the contact surface of pipe rod is reduced,and the neutral point of oil rod is moved up continuously,and the partial wear section is lengthened continuously.

1.Corrosion and scaling make oil rod eccentric wear worse.Corrosion and scaling reduce the surface smoothness of pipe rod,increase the friction coefficient,and lead to the aggravation of eccentric wear.At present,there are 568 corrosion and scaling Wells,accounting for 78.7%of the number of Wells opened(722 Wells).With the increase of corrosion and scaling Wells,the number of partial wear Wells is increasing year by year,which puts forward higher requirements for rod wear prevention.According to the distribution area of eccentric wear in the whole plant,the eccentric wear of sucker rod is widespread in bamantai block,Yingdong Saertu Block,Yingdong Gaotaizi block,152 block and so on.

2.Theoretical research basis of righting technology

The echo instrument reflects the smooth characteristics of the acoustic wave curve when the pump stops,which is different from the regional drastic change during the pumping.The internal reason is that the rod and tube are bent seriously during the pumping,resulting in the increase of the local radial area of the rod and tube and the irregular arrangement,which makes the sound wave reflect violently and reveals the area of peristalsis and eccentric wear of the pipe and tube.The scientific analysis of the acoustic curve provides a basis for the formulation of effective technical measures to prevent the eccentric wear of rod and tube.
