What are the common centralizers

Centralizers,also known as centralizers,are centralizers mounted on the casing's outer surface to ensure that the casing string runs in the center of the wellbore.The application of fuzzing in oil and gas drilling can improve the working stability of the bit and prolong the service life of the bit.Common centralizers mainly include rigid centralizers,integral centralizers and rolling centralizers,wheel centralizers,hinge centralizers,etc.
1.Integral centralizer

According to the material forming form,the integral centralizer can be divided into:pipe integral stamping type and coil stamping type.Pipe integral stamping type,is a kind of circular steel pipe after cutting,wire saw,hydraulic molding and other processes,the whole process without welding.The coil stamping type is through cutting,rolling,wire saw,welding and other processes to solve the compression forming of a whole steel plate,allowing welding of the integral centralizer

2.Rigid centralizer

Rigid centralizers can rotate and slide up and down the casing,or they can be fixed to a part of the casing with a set screw or a set ring.Rigid Centralizers and Elastic Support Rulers are a good choice when rotating the casing to improve displacement efficiency during vertical well cementing.In horizontal Wells,spring centralizers can no longer support heavy casing strings.If the casing in the cement seal section needs to be rotated.
