The classification and function of stop collar are introduced

Stop collar,also known as clamp spring,is divided into hole stop collar and shaft stop collar.It plays an axial limiting role and can prevent other parts from moving axially.The molding process mostly adopts sheet punching,and the functional section is tapered.After assembly,the"linear contact"part of large size models is made of wire winding,and the stamping process of cutting excess materials,and the section is regular rectangle.
Classification of stop collar:

Flat stop collar:A detachable,essentially flat washer whose inner or outer part serves as a guard for the outer or inner rings of centripetal cylindrical roller bearings.

Oblique stop collar:a separable ring with a"L"shaped section,the outer part of which serves as the inner rim of a centripetal roller ball bearing.

Middle-stop ring:A detachable ring in two or more rows of roller bearings used to separate and guide the rows of rollers.
