Centralizer is a cementing tool,which is simple to manufacture,beautiful in structure,firm and durable,and has a large centralizer force.It overcomes the shortcoming of unsoldering of the original welded centralizer,and is a kind of centralizer which can guarantee the quality of drilling cementing.
There are many kinds of centralizers,which can be divided into roller type,slider type,automatic reversing type and so on.Centralizers of different structures and materials are suitable for different types of deviant wear Wells.The key technology of using centralizer to prevent eccentric wear is the position,spacing and quantity of centralizer.

Two,the use of centralizer

Because of the complexity of the well condition,the following problems often occur in the production process of the pumping well.

1.Slant wear of sucker rod:Slant wear of sucker rod will reduce production time rate of pumping unit well and increase production cost.

2,low pump efficiency:the partial wear increases the friction force of the upper stroke and increases the load of the pumping unit,increases the energy consumption,the stroke loss is large,the pump efficiency is low;

3.With the increase of the water content of the liquid,the specific gravity of the liquid increases,so that the load of the oil pump increases and the leakage increases,and the pump efficiency decreases.
