Roller centralizer(cementing tool)

At present,according to the situation of each oil field,our company's technical personnel have made in-depth investigation and design,and the on-site engineering and technical personnel have transformed and designed a new cementing tool-roller centralizer on the basis of the original hydraulic release.
Roller centralizers can rotate and slide up and down the casing,or they can be fixed to a part of the casing with a set screw or a set ring.When the casing is in the well,it can scrape the mud cake and clean the well wall.When the cement is injected,it can make the cement slurry produce swirling flow and improve the displacement efficiency.In inclined and horizontal Wells,it can hold the casing so that the casing is centered and act as a sliding bearing when the casing rotation is required.

Roller centralizers have significant advantages over elastic centralizers and are the best choice in vertical Wells where casing rotation is required to improve displacement efficiency during cementing.In deviated and horizontal Wells,where spring centralizers are no longer able to support heavy casing strings,roller centralizers are the only option when casing rotation in the cement-sealed section is required.
